How Bluequill Ltd handles personal data — on this website, and when we contact businesses about our services. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Who we are
Bluequill Ltd, company no. 14975655, registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration reference ZC223367. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
Booking a call. When you book a call, our booking page (Google Calendar appointment scheduling, provided by Google) collects your name, email address and any notes you add so that we can hold the meeting and follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and steps prior to entering a contract.
Emailing us. If you email us we keep the correspondence to deal with your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Website analytics. This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we use privacy-respecting, cookie-less analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) it records aggregate page views only and does not identify you.
If we have contacted you
We contact a small number of UK limited companies and LLPs whose finance processes we think we could help with. To do that we hold your name, your job title, your business email address and your company’s name and address. We take these from public sources: the Companies House register, your company’s own website, and public professional profiles such as LinkedIn. We do not buy contact lists.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in telling businesses about a service relevant to their work. We only write to business addresses at limited companies and LLPs, every message says who we are, and every message tells you how to stop hearing from us.
To stop, just reply “no thanks” or email [email protected]. We will not contact you again, and we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that stays true. If you don’t reply, we delete your details within 12 months of our last message.
We keep prospect details in Google Workspace. We use an AI assistant (Anthropic’s Claude) to help research and organise publicly available company information; it is not used to make decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Google (calendar, email and document storage, Google Workspace), Cloudflare (website hosting) and, for researching businesses we may contact, Anthropic (AI assistant). We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and meeting records: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case for the duration of our relationship and as required by law thereafter.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, or ask for it to be transferred. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), quoting our registration reference ZC223367.
